About me
The Introduction
Hi, my name is Matthijs van Henten and this is my personal website. This is a record of some of the things I have been doing over the last couple of years.
I’ve been developing in PHP, Javascript and the web-stuff for the last five years or so, and I am working on Python as my second language. I have some knowledge of Processing, AS3 and rusty C++, did some Perl Monging long ago, and I love bash-one-liners and programmer’s trivia.
My primary interests are Open source software, video and media art, and I’m always looking for connections between the three. Most of the projects on this site are related to these subjects.
I live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, together with my small family, Finn and Silke.
